Dungeon Defenders es una original mezcla entre dos emocionantes géneros: ¡Defensa de Torres y RPG de acción online! El jugador podrá elegir una clase de héroe entre cuatro distintas para enfrentarse a las hordas de bestias invasoras desplegando de forma estratégica diversas defensas y trampas a lo largo de su castillo.
Pero se va más allá del típico juego de estrategia, puesto que los jugadores pueden participar directamente en el combate con sus héroes y mejorar sus estadísticas, recoger diversos objetos, personalizar y mejorar su equipo y desarrollar habilidades únicas para su clase. Todo esto se puede disfrutar indistintamente en multijugador online o local a pantalla partida. Los jugadores podrán cooperar y competir en la campaña y en las misiones desafío para desarrollar los héroes más fuertes y lograr las mayores puntuaciones del reino.
Mediante la combinación de la complejidad del juego de estrategia y la satisfacción de ver evolucionar a tu personaje estilo RPG en un bonito entorno de dibujos animados fantásticos, Dungeon Defenders ofrece una experiencia diferente, adictiva y sencilla de jugar tanto para los jugadores ocasionales como para los hardcore.

¡Escoge tu clase, personaliza tu personaje y tu equipo, levanta tus defensas de forma estratégica y participa directamente en una batalla cargada de acción para defender tu castillo de la horda invasora!

Multijugador online y local
Únete a 3 amigos para defender de forma cooperativa con clases cuyos puntos fuertes y débiles se complementan entre sí. Combina de forma dinámica a los jugadores locales (en pantalla partida) y online. Únete o abandona la partida en cualquier momento de forma que el juego siempre esté lleno.

Distintas clases de personaje
Cada clase de personaje se ha equilibrado de forma única con un conjunto de armas, torres y habilidades especiales destinados a un estilo de juego concreto.

Recoge objetos y sube de nivel
¡Recoge el dinero y los objetos que dejen caer tus enemigos, cámbialos o guárdalos en tu Caja de Objetos para usarlos después! Al eliminar enemigos y completar oleadas obtendrás puntos de experiencia que podrás utilizar para mejorar tu personaje, tus habilidades, tu equipo y tus torres en función de las estadísticas – ¿quieres mejorar tus Puntos de Impacto, Velocidad de Ataque, Daño, etc? Tú decides cómo hacerlo. Almacena tu inmensa cantidad de dinero en el “Banco de Maná” e inviértela en mejorar tu equipo o comercia con otros jugadores. Muestra con orgullo tu mejor equipo en tu propia “Taberna del Aventurero”, ¡sin miedo a que te roben!

Hordas de incansables enemigos y jefes gigantescos
Más de 100 enemigos simultáneos que intentarán penetrar tus defensas, ayudados por gigantescos Monstruos Jefe que aparecerán en ciertos momentos clave y desatarán el caos más absoluto. ¡Sólo las tácticas de defensa más efectivas, el trabajo en equipo y los personajes más fuertes te permitirán derrotar a estos malvados jefes! Muchos tipos de enemigo, desde Orcos enormes y estúpidos con hachas gigantescas, Elfos Oscuros ágiles y astutos que atacarán desde la oscuridad con arcos y flechas, hasta alocados duendes armados con paquetes explosivos. Los singulares monstruos jefe, entre ellos un Antiguo Dragón gigantesco y un Duende Tramoyista bastante cascarrabias, te darán piezas de set.

Niveles y modos de juego variados
Cada nivel tiene su propio aspecto visual, distribución, tipos de enemigos, trampas y varias sorpresas programadas. Cuatro niveles de dificultad desde novato hasta maestro, que también definen la cantidad de experiencia y tesoros obtenidos. Escenas cinemáticas estilo libro de cuentos que narrarán la historia en el Modo Campaña y distintos finales en función de los personajes utilizados. El Modo Supervivencia enfrentará a los jugadores con hordas de enemigos cada vez mayores hasta que los defensores caigan, con el objetivo de aguantar el tiempo suficiente para llegar a lo más alto de la tabla de puntuación. ¡Y el Modo Desafío permite a los jugadores jugar en cualquier nivel con reglas y objetivos modificados de forma única!

Una montaña de estadísticas
Cada disparo que hagas, cada enemigo que mates, cada defensa que construyas y cualquier otra acción o evento quedará registrada para la posteridad. Estudia minuciosamente las enormes tablas y gráficas al final de cada sesión para analizar el rendimiento de tu equipo, ver rápidamente tus mejores estadísticas en cada nivel y comparar tus datos online con otros jugadores para ver quién es el héroe más grande de todos. Es más, tus Logros estarán visibles para todos en tu propia Taberna del Aventurero, ¡y las puntuaciones más altas de cada uno de tus héroes aparecerán en las tablas de clasificación mundiales!

Una mano amiga…
Descubre a unas simpáticas y “familiares” mascotas que te acompañarán a lo largo de la aventura y te otorgarán diferentes efectos y bonificaciones. También pueden subir de nivel y ser personalizadas, o incluso intercambiadas con otros jugadores… ¡si es que eres capaz de abandonar a tu pequeño compañero!

Mephisto Pet - healing your towers AND punishing your foes with blasts of fire, along with boosting your offensive statistics, Mephisto is the ultimate travelling companion!

Barbarian Hero:
Hailing from the dense jungle lands far to the south, the Barbarian is a masterful fighter who can wield two melee weapons simultaneously and unleash devastating combos! Using five distinct fighting stances instead of towers, the Barbarian is able to adapt to any combat situation. His Battle Leap ability allows him to instantly close the distance to a far-off target, while his Battle Pound ability will decimate any nearby enemies. If massive damage and incredible destruction are what you seek, the Barbarian is the hero for the job!
Discover new ways to dominate the battlefield by combining any two of these fighting stances simultaneously:

Tornado Stance Run faster, attack quicker, jump higher, and push back enemies with a flurry of quick, low damage attacks.
Lightning Stance Use the power of lightning to stun your enemies as your attacks make contact, while taking a small amount of damage for each hit.
Siphon Stance Sacrifice some of your resistances to steal life from your enemies as you damage them.
Turtle Stance Enter this protective stance to greatly increase your resistances, but reduce your movement speed and jump height.
Hawk Stance Summon the powers of the mighty hawk to deal a massive amount of damage in your next attack.

Jester Hero:
A sly trickster born in a whimsical realm of chaos, the Jester’s abilities are shrouded in mystery. She can quickly turn the tide of battle by using any weapon and can deceive enemies with ‘presents’ that explode to reveal random defenses and bonuses. Her ‘Move Tower’ ability allows her to adapt defensive strategies and react to any combat situation, while her ‘Wheel O’ Fortuna’ ability can grant boons or decimate friend and foe alike.

The Initiate: A student of the mountain monasteries, the Initiate has joined her counterpart to discover the truth behind her master’s demise. While her time in the mountains may have decreased her endurance, her increased spell-casting and movement speeds coupled with powerful radial abilities make her a strong ally. Her Enemy Drain ability allows her to debuff all nearby foes and her Remote Defense Boost ability buffs the defenses of any nearby allies. She will not give up until she discovers the truth behind her master’s disappearance and avenges him!
The Countess: A proud Etherian warrior of noble descent, the Countess can hold her own against any of the other great warriors of the realm. Though still favoring brute force melee combat, she can often run circles around her Squire comrades. Her Joust ability allows her to push through enemy lines with unstoppable force, while her Call to Arms ability allows her to rally allies to the cause, boosting their morale. Though she can be stubborn at times, she’ll never back down from a fight!
The Ranger: Hailing from the wood elves’ traditional home near the great forest of Mistymire, the Ranger is a formidable warrior. Unlike his nimble female counterpart, his slower speed is coupled with a hardier constitution enabling him to take a great bruising. His Invisibility Field ability enables him to cloak nearby allies and defenses along with himself, while his Piercing Spreadshot ability can tear through lanes of enemies in a wide arc. This pointy-eared warrior is a powerful ally to have in your travelling party!
The Adept: An introverted trainee in the arcane arts, the Adept has focused her energy to hone several unique spells. Her Purifying Blast ability can unleash a magical explosion which will destroy skeletons in a single blast and greatly damage their necromancer masters, while her Instant Upgrade ability allows her to channel her mana into an instant upgrade for any Defense. Though she can be a little shy at first, her increased speed allows her to hurry across the battlefield to wherever her urgent attention is required!
